Introduction

Yogesh Kaushal  (born  23rd May, 1974) is founder of M/S JSMC Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. Mr Yogesh Kaushal started his career as supervisor - house keeping in 1994 and worked till Oct -2005 for various companies like Honda seal Cars India Ltd. CII Lodhi Road, Telli Atlas. During his career he shown the real hard work and gained so many awards for his excellent work.

In Nov 2005, Mr. Yogesh Kaushal planned to establish a housekeeping company with the tenure he gained during his services and established JSMC Services in Nov, 2005. Dalimia Group is the first company (Client) who had given chance to JSMC services to provide them the house keeping services, JSMC Services is the only service provider who has forced  the client to rely on it by providing them excellent services  and providing them the house keeping services till date.

In 2006, JSMC Services was known as good service provider and got associated with so many companies (clients) in providing housekeeping services. JSMC Services is well known for maintaining the statutory compliances related to employees and companies. In 2007, JSMC Services got an ISO 9001 certificate and in March 2011 it became JSMC Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. also it has got India Mart Trust SEAL in March 2012. Currently around 300 employees are working with JSMC Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. at various client’s site in across India.
